Begin Module 1: The Phoenix Protocol
The 7 Centers
Each energy center carries its own frequency, location, and set of core themes. Use this table as your foundational reference — a living map of the self, from the earth beneath your feet to the light above your crown.
How to Use This Map
This map is not a rigid system — it is a living compass. You don't need to master every center at once. Simply begin where you are, with honesty and curiosity, and let the map guide you inward.
Step 1 — Check Where You Feel Off
Notice what feels heavy, stuck, or absent in your body, emotions, or thoughts. Scan through the 7 centers and ask: where does life feel most contracted right now? Trust your first answer.
Step 2 — Choose a Practice
Select a ritual, breathwork, movement, or journaling prompt that corresponds to the center you identified. You don't need to do everything — one grounded, consistent practice outweighs ten scattered ones.
Step 3 — Choose an Intention
Anchor your practice with a clear, felt intention. Not a goal — a direction. Something like: "I am safe to slow down" or "I allow myself to feel." Let the intention lead the work.
Pairing Guidance
Working with crystals, colors, and correspondences can be a beautiful amplifier — but it is never the prerequisite. Your intention is the most powerful tool in this practice. The rest is support.
Crystal Color Match Is Optional
Matching a crystal to a center's color (red for Root, green for Heart, etc.) can deepen resonance — but only if it feels true to you. If a different stone calls to you, trust that. The energetic body is intuitive, not literal.
Intention Comes First
Before you reach for a tool, set the intention. Ask: What quality am I cultivating? Groundedness? Softness? Courage? Let that answer guide everything else — the crystal, the breath, the words you speak.
Repeat Pulls Are Data
If you keep drawing the same card, returning to the same center, or noticing the same symptom — pay attention. Repetition is not coincidence. It is the energetic body signaling that something here deserves more time and care.
Burnout Signals → Where to Look
Quick Triage
When burnout sets in, the body and psyche speak — often in patterns we've learned to dismiss. Use this table as a gentle first map. Match what you're experiencing to a center, and begin your practice there.

This isn't a diagnosis — it's a starting point. If you're unsure, begin with Root (stability) and breath. The body knows how to return to itself when given the right conditions.
When to Use This Triage
Return to this table whenever you feel stuck, depleted, or disconnected. You don't need to identify every signal — one honest recognition is enough to begin. Start small. Start where you are.
A Note on Layering
Burnout rarely lives in just one center. You may find yourself in two or three columns at once — and that's real. Prioritize grounding first (Root), then work upward. The system is designed to support you in sequence.
Sleep Signals → Where to Look
Night Protocol Triage
Sleep disturbances are often the body's most honest report. What happens in the night reflects what hasn't been processed in the day. Use this triage to identify which center to support before bed — or when you wake at 3 a.m. reaching for your phone.

Start with Root if you're unsure: stability first, then clarity. A grounded body sleeps. A grounded nervous system restores.
Ready to Begin?
The map is in your hands. The next step is to walk it — one breath, one practice, one module at a time. Module 1 introduces the Root Center: the foundation of safety, stability, and belonging. Everything else is built from here.

The Phoenix Protocol begins at the Root because lasting transformation requires a stable ground. You cannot sustainably rise without first learning to be held.
If you feel scattered, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — this is exactly the right place. Stability is not a luxury; it is the practice.
